Many pricing options are available upon request and due to the magnitude of design and need option's, pricing is also negotiable. This pricing may or may not include; your domain name, a hosting service, mutiple page design and webmaster maintenance terms. Maintenance may be extensive or virtually non-exsistant after your web site is uploaded and running to your satisfaction; therefore, terms of service are also dependant upon your particular needs and should be agreeded upon and contracted as such; i.e. annually, semi-annually, or as your particular needs are best met.

If I am to work within your exsisting FTP, host service and domain; certain information must be made available to me at all times; this may include: 24/7 axcess to your hosting service, or any other password protected account neccessary during my designing and/or maintenance time to insure progress in building, testing and linking (navigation) of your site to it's best potential. My service also will insure proper search engine results (SEO) to all the major engines; i.e., Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc., and you will be advised to other means of developing a searchable, linkable and dependable web site that you may do on your own; also noting, my design's are always tested and confirmed with a passing grade from the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) HTML and CSS testing services. Why? Because I care! This is a standard that also insures your site to be compliant with all major browsers available to date of testing. To confirm this you may scroll to the bottom of any of my pages and click the icons for the W3C. This will pull up a page of test scores and show the proper creditials for each format of HTML and CSS at the current real-time viewed.

Basic rates beginning at $375.00 complete with domain name & hosting service. Pricing extras are dependant upon your needs; i.e. re-designs or potential re-formation of navigation to your site and its pages if there are more than one. All of this is negotiable and will be done on a primarily verbal or emailed correspondence. Our primary written contract will have this stated clearly to avoid any confusion to you or myself.

A minimun charge of $100.00 must be paid in advance for any design to be started and screen shots given for client viewing. After verbal or written communication has been established and both parties have agreeded upon a basic design, that design will be drawn up and invoiced. Once this minimum deposit has been made the design(s) screen shots will be uploaded to my domain and then we can begin to work together to manipulate the design visually and content wise to your needs and approval. Once approval has been given and both parties are satisfied with content and design, we may then begin the final stages of completion to your site and invoicing will be made; thus transfering your page(s) to your domain and hosting service.

Small business sites or E-commerce sites, your bands fan pages, family genealogy/reunions, clubs or organizations events/calendars, hobbies, chrurch organizations and hundreds more are readily available for your particular need.

Here I have incorporated a service of online payment (PayPal), which many of you may be familiar with already, but it works very well for selling your product(s) online without a lot of time consumed on your behalf; as-far-as, site maintenance goes.

This "DEMO" link (also examples are linked at the top of this page) will take you into a variety of designs I have put together just as demonstrations of what can be done. Use your imagination, but always keep in mind the final result always considering your viewer in an empathetic manner. Flash sites and sites with a generally slow loading time are avoided at all cost here. The average web surfer isn't going to stick around longer than 8 seconds for your site to load before they click on to another site that does. So please, no request's for overly gaudy site structure and design, as this defeats the entire purpose of needing to get your message out there to the World Wide Web. As a disclaimer I might also say the load times of web pages isn't always slow due to the construction of the page; but rather, the user's computer and internet service may be slow to begin with. A slow loading page only adds to this delay.
